Chinese New Year Holiday Notice 2026 – TCS Battery

As the Chinese New Year holiday is approaching, TCS Battery would like to sincerely thank you for your continued trust and cooperation over the past year. To help you better arrange your purchasing and logistics plans, please find our holiday schedule and operational arrangements below.

1. Holiday Schedule
Our factory and offices will be closed from February 12 to February 23, 2026.
Normal operations will resume on February 24, 2026.

During this period, order processing, production scheduling, and logistics arrangements will be temporarily suspended. Email inquiries and messages will be handled after we resume work.

2. Production Arrangement After the Holiday
After reopening, production will be resumed in stages as employees return to work. Due to the gradual recovery of capacity in the early stage, the production cycle of some orders may be slightly affected.
We kindly suggest customers with urgent projects or fixed delivery schedules to communicate with our sales team in advance so that production plans can be arranged as early as possible.

3. Delivery & Order Confirmation
For orders already in production or pending shipment before the holiday, our team will reconfirm the latest delivery schedules with you after operations resume.
Once the factory returns to stable operation (expected around mid-March), we will conduct a comprehensive review of ongoing orders and provide updated delivery plans to ensure better coordination on both sides.

4. Communication During the Holiday
During the holiday period, our response time may be delayed. For urgent matters, please contact your account manager in advance to make necessary arrangements. We will follow up on all messages as soon as we return to work.
